| Conditions of reservation. |
Reservation is an advance payment in size of
a daily rental charge for apartment. This prepayment is included
in the total sum of payment and will be deducted at the final calculation.
Only in this case, you is guaranteed receive an apartment which you
have chosen and saw a photo on a site. Any replacements of apartments
are not present. Before arrival, you will have the exact address of
an apartment and a phone number in an apartment. You can plan beforehand
the contacts in Kiev. If you don’t come, advance payment won’t
be returned. Dates of booking are not transferred. In day
of arrival, it is necessary for you to pay all ordered nights (minus
advance payment). Replacement of an apartment is possible only next
day (at presence of free apartments). It is desirable to do booking
10-15 days prior to your arrival.
Preliminary reservation of a concrete apartment is accessible from
4 nights and more. The order for 2-3 nights
is possible for accommodation not earlier than 2-7 days
before date of your arrival. Orders for 1 night are
placed on arrival, in free apartments.
If you want to replace date of departure (to leave earlier)
and to return money back. In this case, it is necessary for
you to inform new date of departure 3 days prior to departure. In
any case, it is necessary for you to pay 4 nights (minimum
quantity).
If you reserve an apartment of more than 20 nights,
it is necessary for you to make advance payment (reservation) for
3 nights.
If you reserve an apartment of more than 30 nights,
it is necessary for you to make advance payment (reservation) for
5 nights.
Orders are accepted only by e-mail
or write in forms (see on the right).
Please, make the order only if you will make advance payment for the
first night (to reserve an apartment). If you do not do advance payment
(reservation), in this case, get into with us contact in day of arrival.
We shall offer you apartments which will be free in day of your arrival
(at presence of free apartments). The meeting at the airport is possible
only if you reserve an apartment.
On arrival in an apartment, it is necessary for you to give to us
a copy of your passport.

If you reserve an apartment, you accept conditions of reservation.

| How to make a reservation? |

You look a photo of apartments, choose a concrete apartment*
or some apartments and inform us on your choice, by e-mail
or forms (see on the right). |

We confirm your choice of an apartment and we send to you
the information on ways of payment. |

You do advance payment (payment for the first night of rent
of an apartment). |
| 4. |
We send you acknowledgement of reservation, the receipt, the
address of an apartment and other information. |

*If the apartment, your choice, is inaccessible to reservation
for your dates, we shall offer you other apartments. |
Reservation is valid only if you have made advance payment.
Replacement of an apartment is possible only in case of emergency
(the big failure of a waterpipe or an electricity, the apartment is
handed over for long term, etc.). In this case, we shall give to you
other good apartment. It happens very seldom (1-2 cases during one
year).

| How to pay the order? |
Please, look in the main menu "Ways
of payment".

| What included into charge for an apartment: |
- you rent all apartment, not only one sleeping place;
- bedding, towels, kitchen equipment, city’s telephone number;
- cleaning of apartment with changing beddings and towels once a week
in good time for you;
- hot, cold water, heating;
- taxes;
- charge for our service.

| Time of arrival and departure an apartment: |
Check-in time is 13:00 (1 pm), check-out –
12:00 (12 pm).
In case if we have possibility we always permit free early check-ins
and late check-outs. If you would like to secure early check-in or
late check-out in advance it is necessary to pay for one additional
night of stay.

| Pets: |
| Residing at apartments of pets is forbidden. If you
want to live in our apartments with the pets, it is necessary for
you to inform us about it and to receive the special sanction. If
you have not received the sanction for residing pets, your order can
be cancelled. In this case, the advance payment does not come back. |
